Introduction
BASSBOSS had an existing Webflow site with a solid brand and visual direction, but the build lacked structure, maintainability, and performance. We were brought in to restructure the project and bring it up to modern Webflow standards.
The Challenge
The original build was difficult to maintain and had inconsistent class naming, layout issues, and performance limitations. The site needed a clean architectural rebuild without redesigning the visuals or disrupting the existing content.
The Solution
We refactored and rebuilt the entire site using the Client-First methodology, reorganised components, normalised spacing and typography systems, and optimised assets and interactions for performance. The Webflow structure became clear, scalable, and far easier for ongoing updates.
The Result
After the restructure, the site became significantly faster, more maintainable, and future-proof. Performance scores improved, edits became simpler, and the internal team gained a cleaner system to build on. The project now aligns with modern Webflow best practices and supports long-term growth.
